 Seniors: Activity #1     Write down the name of a close friend, along with at least five significant pieces of information you know about this person. Then answer this question: How important has it been to building your friendship to have this information about your friend. The answer should be written in a paragraph or two.        Activity #2: You are to write an “autobiography.” It will consist of a series of stories based on important happenings in your life.  Format: Cover sheet and a minimum of six stories.                Activity 1   Due 9/17/10                   Activity 2        Due  9/30/10

Juniors:  Activity # 1 :  If you were to meet Jesus today and he asked you  ” “Who do you say that I am”  What would you tell him? I would like you to answer the question by expressing  your true feelings, not something you may think I want to hear. I will be the only one to read this report.  The report must include a cover sheet and Length: one full page double-spaced.      Activity # 2 : Search newspapers, magazines, the internet, and other sources for two stories that mention religion. You are to summarize each story and  answer this question : “How does religion affect people’s daily lives in each example. Be prepared to share with the class one of the stories chosen. Greeting

Greetings! My name is Mr. Hogan- I grew up in Union City and was a member of St. Joseph’s Parish. I was a Eucharistic Minister, a member and President of the Holy Name Society, Parish Council, adult advisor for our youth group, and a Member of the Veronica’s Veil Guild for over thirty years. I was director of the guild for ten years. I am married and have four children.  My second grandchild is due this coming March. I have been teaching in Catholic education for over nine years. I graduated Jersey City State College with a BA in Political Science and also received a paralegal certification.
